Bend, stretch, run, jump, wriggle, giggle and relax...great for co-ordination, balance, flexibility, strength, confidence, attention, calmness and fun! Great foundations for achievements in learning, sports and dance!

In this bendy, giggly world for clever minds and strong bodies, the active, creative stories (as well as the music) inspire and motivate children (and adults) alike. The concept has been developed by yoga teachers, physiotherapists and educationalists.

Hi! My name is Tara McGregor and I run the Tatty Bumpkin franchise in Edinburgh.  My daughter fell in love withTatty Bumpkin immediately and I am so pleased to share Tatty and her active adventures with so many children! I am a fully qualified Tatty Bumpkin and Baby Bumpkin teacher. I teach classes and am your first port of call for booking sessions.

Claire McKinley and Amanda Gow work with me to deliver classes across Edinburgh. We are fully insured and we are all members of the PVG scheme in relation to working with children.

Most of our classes are in nurseries and schools (more information here). If you would like to book sessions for yourself and some friends at home then do please get in touch edinburghwest@tattybumpkin.com.

Claire is a fully qualified Tatty Bumpkin teacher. “Hi! I hold a NC and HNC in childcare and Education and SVQ 4 in Social services (children and young people). I have over 15 years nursery experience. I have a strong passion for Health and Well-being of children. I came across Tatty Bumpkin when my son started classes at the age of 3 (he is 8 now). He came home every day telling me the story and showing me the poses. He got so much out of the classes and had great fun. I am so happy to share this fun with other children.”
