Hi everyone

I run Tatty Bumpkin in the Sevenoaks and Tonbridge area.

Running the classses is the most fun I’ve ever had at work!  Every week children go on an exciting adventure with Tatty Bumpkin – and my teachers and I love being part of that. The classes are so imaginative and the children have so much fun they don’t even realise they’re exercising!

There are so many benefits for your child – including developing physical skills and confidence, communication and social skills, listening and concentration and learning how to relax.

Tatty Bumpkin classes include yoga activities, storytelling, original music and free-play. We also incorporate breathing exercises – and every class ends with relaxation (for parents too!)

We also run Baby Bumpkin classes for the under twos.  These are lovely, relaxed sessions, with lots of gentle stretches and are a fantastic bonding experience for mum and baby.

We spend our days in nurseries, schools, children’s centres and pre schools. We can provide regular or one-off sessions, PPA cover, lunchtime or after-school clubs – or even a full day yoga workshop.  Please contact me if you’d like to find out more about how the sessions could benefit the children where you are.

Due to a change in personal circumstances, we’re looking for a new owner, covering an extensive area, including Sevenoaks, Tonbridge, Borough Green and Oxted.
