Children Inspired by Yoga sessions are a vital resource in nurseries and schools. Through our bespoke programmes tailored to the age, stage and needs of the children, we support the development of physical movement, balance, and concentration skills.
Our classes promote creativity and communication whilst encouraging social confidence. Children have dedicated time and space to explore a world where learning is fun. For some, it is the first time they have been taught the essentials of relaxation and wellbeing.
We can offer:
- PE and PSHE sessions
- Planning, Preparation and Assessment (PPA) activities
- Additional Needs support
- Exam Preparation programme
- Breakfast, Lunch and After School Clubs
- Themed Activities and Celebrations – i.e. Healthy Week, Sports Day
- Staff Wellbeing sessions

Nurseries and Pre-schools
We provide engaging and fun yoga-inspired sessions in nurseries and pre-schools that are fully aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. Young children love the engaging, animated classes that are rich in multi-sensory play, music, movement and storytelling.
Our classes provide nursery staff with a unique opportunity to observe and monitor the development of children. We provide comprehensive EYFS notes and support materials to enhance the benefits of our sessions.
Primary and Secondary Schools
Since our programme is aligned to Key Stage curriculums, schools can offer their pupils a wealth of non-desk based learning through our sessions.
Tatty Guroo sessions are specifically designed for children aged from 7 to 11 years (Key stage 1 and 2, Primary School) where we focus on communication, personal, emotional, social and physical development.
Yoga Guroo sessions nurture concentration, physical strength, balance and self-compassion during a time of huge physical growth and change. It was specifically designed for young adults aged from 11 to 16 years (Key Stage 3 and 4, Secondary School).
Please do get in touch if you would like to see our sessions in your nursery or school.
