Emma Brown

I am the owner of Children Inspired by Yoga Rochester and your first port of contact for enquiries and bookings.

I have been teaching with Children Inspired by Yoga Rochester since 2022 and took over ownership in February 2024.

I have practised yoga for many years and it quickly became a very important part of my life. Seeing how much my own children enjoyed yoga and the positive effect it has upon them lead me to pursue a career teaching children’s yoga.

I trained to teach with Children Inspired by Yoga and am fully qualified to teach our Tatty Bumpkin and Tatty Guroo programmes.

As owner of CIBY Rochester I look forward to continuing to bring yoga to children within the local community and inspiring them with our fun, creative, multi-sensory yoga sessions! I am passionate about providing children with strategies to improve their mental wellbeing and resilience through mindful movement, breathing techniques and relaxation, equipping them for both learning and life.
