"I like it when we lie down and you put ducks on your tummies and sometimes when it’s a really good adventure you might get something else on your tummy like a crab. It makes me feel relaxed and when the duck goes up and down on my tummy I feel like I’m on a rainbow. It’s good for children because it’s yoga that is calm and relaxing and like when you do bee pose it’s like you’re calmer. I like the start when you lie down and you breathe and count slowly too. It helps you to control your body and to tell stories and I just really like it."

"Tatty Bumpkin yoga is a highly enjoyable experience for pupils and staff alike. It's extremely flexible and professional which has made the whole process run smoothly. The children look forward to yoga each week and it is the first thing they tell their parents at pick up time on a yoga day. Not only has it provided fun but it has also given the children the opportunity to practice mindfulness."
